Do you use any sprays on the hay you feed your cows?

No, we never spray our hay or pasture. We use manure from a local farm as fertilizer but we never use any pesticides, herbicides or chemicals.   

Is your beef fresh or frozen?

All of our beef is frozen. When we pick it up from the butcher it is frozen and stays frozen until you thaw it. 

Do you rotationally graze?

To the best of our ability we do.  Mostly they are open to the whole pasture, but during the summer when the grass is lush we do our best to rotate them. They do get supplemental hay some through the summer. And a portion of them go to a friends house through the summer to to graze there, and that allows us to be able to rotate them more.  

How will I pay for my order? 

You will pay for your order at pickup. All totals given at checkout are an estimate. We try to do our best to give you as close of an estimate as we can but its still an estimate. We accept cash, check or card at pickup. There is a 3% processing fee for all cards used. 

Do you vaccinate your cows?

No we never vaccinate our cows. They get vet checked once a year and all of our bulls are castrated 

When can I place my order?

Ordering will come available the week before the date you'd like to pick it up.
